Our Commitment to Guests & Clients

Now more than ever, as the life as we know it, gradually starts to begin its return, the health of our Teammates, Guests and Trusted Business Partners is our number one priority.  To deliver on this commitment, BridgeStreet is undertaking a number of additional safety measures at our serviced apartments, in addition to working closely with our trusted partners in our expansive global supply network. 

 

When you next stay with us, there will be some changes that you will see.  Some of these will be more visible than others, such as social distance markings, additional signage and sanitizing points.  Others will be behind the scenes, with our teammates following enhanced and extremely comprehensive cleaning standards.

We do hope these steps assure you of our commitment to our clients, guests and team members. We look forward to assisting you with your extended stay accommodation needs. 
 

How BridgeStreet is Responding

Decreasing Unnecessary Touchpoints

To help keep our guests and staff safe we aim to  make your stay as touchless as possible.  This may  include:

  • Virtual payments

  • Increasing time between guests vacating & checking into apartments, when possible

  • Sanitized keys provided in a sealed envelope

Enhanced Cleaning Protocols

During the cleaning and sanitization  process extra attention will be paid to "high touch" point areas of the apartment including light switches, door handles, work surfaces, remote controls etc. 

 

For the convenience and safety of our guests:

  • Sanitization gel

  • Cleaning products for use
     

Will be provided at BridgeStreet properties.

Procedures for Communal Areas

Enhanced sanitization procedures will be in place. Particular attention will be paid to reception areas and ‘high touch points’ - handles, lift call buttons etc

Sanitizing gel will be available in reception and lift lobby areas for use.

Living Space

Serviced apartments are ideal for providing your own, self-contained space, when staying away from home for both work or leisure.  Giving you the comfort and safety of home-style living, with excellent standards of hygiene.  

The majority of our apartments have fully-equipped kitchens and washers and dryers, meaning you will never need to venture out to dine or launder. 

Ensuring Adherence with Health Authorities

To demonstrate our dedication to our guests, BridgeStreet's team members are fully-trained on the new processes and procedures in place through CSC's COVID-19 aware training and accreditation program.

Our teammates must follow strict government guidelines and are provided with government recommended protective personal equipment (PPE) for both your and their safety.

Partners

Apartments that are part of our supplier network are vetted by BridgeStreet and selected to meet the unique needs of our clients.  These apartments are supported by BridgeStreet's 365/24/7 service and are backed with our guarantee.

 

During COVID-19, BridgeStreet has enhanced the vetting process by requesting that supply partners provide details regarding their cleaning and social distancing protocols.

BridgeStreet is committed to providing our guests with clean and safe accommodation.  It is the responsibility of our guests to be aware of and in compliance with local government and health authority directives regarding but not limited to travel, shelter in place, social distancing, quarantine, self-isolation and other COVID-19 mitigation measures.

How is BridgeStreet working to ensure the safety and well-being of guests during the pandemic?

The comfort and safety of our guests is our top priority. BridgeStreet is closely following local and national health organisation directives. As policies and procedures continue to evolve in line with health organization and industry guidelines, BridgeStreet apartments will have enhanced cleaning protocols, using professional cleaning chemicals from Ecolab,  These enhanced procedures are in addition to increasing social distancing and minimizing unnecessary touchpoints.  

To demonstrate our dedication to our guests, BridgeStreet's team members are fully-trained on cleaning procedures through CSC's COVID-19 aware training and accreditation​ program. This program provides training on COVID-19 clean and safety procedures and how to comply with all COVID-19 regulations.

Are cleaning products made available to guests in their apartment?

Yes.  Hand sanitizer and disinfection products will be made available in BridgeStreet operated apartments to support self-cleaning.

Are there any changes to housekeeping frequency?

For guest and our employee well-being, BridgeStreet will be servicing apartments every two weeks and only when you are not at home.  Tamper proof seals will be used on your apartment door, which indicates that the last person in the apartment was a member of our Housekeeping team,

How is BridgeStreet working with suppliers on their COVID-19 response and procedures?

BridgeStreet has enhanced the vetting process by requesting that supply partners provide details regarding their cleaning and social distancing protocols including:

  • Time between vacating and checking in to apartments

  • Cleaning protocols

  • Availability of cleaning products in apartments
     

These details will be provided to you in advance, during the selection process to ensure you can make the best informed decision for your upcoming accommodation.  In addition, we expect our  suppliers to follow regional guidelines as recommended by the WHO, CDC and local accredited Service Apartment membership based organizations like The Association of Serviced Apartments (ASAP) and Corporate Housing Providers Association (CHPA).
